First, use a warm-to-hot shower or bath. Scrub on damp or wet skin, from head to toe applying light pressure onto the skin in a circular motion. Take a moment to smell the essential oil. Rinse thoroughly. Finish it off with toning and lightweight moisturizing. Use once a week.
